I am passionate about the content, the intention, the purpose, and all of the practices in this book, which have supported me in navigating life's challenges and becoming who I am today. Last but not least, my passion remains ignited by the times we live in, which magnify how CRUCIAL it is for us to heal the manufactured divides that cause suffering at the individual, social, and planetary levels of being. It is the illusion of separation that has caused all of the suffering that we are experiencing now.  Yes, I know that is a lot to say...ALL?? Yes, all. The idea that we are supposed to mute, deny, or ignore any part of ourselves causes a loss of personal well-being. The idea that we are separate from each other enables immense human greed and violence. Our disconnection from Earth, as beings intrinsically part of it, robs us of nourishment at all levels of being and leaves us blind or numbed to the effects of mass production and overconsumption on the health of our planet. Our disconnection from spirit has so many living without morals or inspiration. May our pain move us back into connection.

Dispelling the Binary is about bringing us back into connection on all levels of being so that we naturally thrive, help others thrive, and are blessed to live on a thriving planet. The book is rich with exercises, information, and contemplations that help us deconstruct the patterns of thought and action that keep us feeling separate. To dispel the binary is to revel in unity individually and collectively. 

I am on a mission to serve the greatest good for all of life with this little offering of what has helped me heal from feelings of separateness and not belonging. Every thought we entertain and every choice we make can help us wake up to our interconnectedness. A revolution of thought and action is needed now.
