We will gather, ground, move, make noise, breathe, play w/ connection games, awareness practices, relating & communication, creativity, healing, & self-expression. Especially designed for those who care for others - cultural creatives, healers, teachers, parents, leaders, bosses.. we must have a place to process and care for one another.

This is a trauma-informed course for those who are already doing the work to be present with willingness and integrity to be present for whatever arises and keep going...
